Nutmeg has large, forward turned ears, a long quirky tail and perches on her back paws with her tail up sometimes. Lots of catitude. I think I just named my block! I think you have a really cute pattern. If you really feel the need to change anything, maybe consider leaving a bit of space between the ears so the top of the cats head is flat between the ears. The ears would have to be a bit smaller to do this. Just a thought, but I like what you have done! The tail is fine.marebearhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11098612891347157869noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7787769150365145144.post-20812135393154378332019-01-09T23:03:14.299-05:002019-01-09T23:03:14.299-05:00Thank you, Susan :)Thank you, Susan :)Scrapatcheshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11922866916373027618noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7787769150365145144.post-58848402129347177282019-01-09T23:02:23.107-05:002019-01-09T23:02:23.107-05:00I am considering this ... :)

Dropping the shoulder? Maybe. I would have to see it, but I like the block even as it is right here.Susan https://www.blogger.com/profile/09159163720029661287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7787769150365145144.post-83441805644117904742019-01-09T19:38:46.928-05:002019-01-09T19:38:46.928-05:00Going back and looking again...what about small tr...Going back and looking again...what about small triangles of background fabric where the head and body meet...it would provide definition to the head. I also do not like the pointed tail I may just go back to the original block which had a separate head piece and make the tail a little longer. Hmmm ...
