My kitty seams to be responding well to the meds and is feeling a little better.

That really brightens my day.

It is snowing here.

Who cares about a little snow.

I got my quilty kitties and pretty fabric and friends.

The snow never bothered me anyway.

Another quilt I want to make.

Sew many quilts ... sew little time.

Many nights Butterfly has stayed up with me while a stitch.

Right now I am staying up with her.

The Butterfly has not been her usual robust self.

On Sunday we had to delay our family Easter Brunch 

while she went an emergency appointment at the veterinarian hospital.

Butterfly is home now with medications and seems to be improving.

Butterfly is almost 15 years old and has always been a very strong and healthy cat.

If you do not hear from me for awhile, know that I am cuddling my kitty

and stitching when I have a few minutes to do so.

... just keep sewing ...

A Squishy in the Mail!

These lovely fabrics are 

Athena by Angela Walters for Art Gallery Fabrics

I was the lucky winner of these ten fabulous fat quarters

in the  Anniversary Giveaway @ Malini's Quilts

This lovely squishie arrived today!

Photos do not so this fabric justice.

The colors are  peach, gold, navy and cream and white.

Beautiful colors and vibrant designs.

I am going to have to let my quilty muse do some thinking.

This is the fabric that Hema used in her gorgeous Arrows quilt .

The pattern is a free download for members.

I am musing about making a smaller version of this quilt with my fat quarters.
