Pat, this hop has been fantastic. As one lady said - there has been an outpouring of emotion. I think this community is now embracing with well wishes and prayers many people we didn't even know existed before this hop began. I read that many did not want the hop to end. I think the projects were only strengthened by the stories of support. There is a part of me that doesn't want the hop to end. And, I'm learning in grief share that things do end even if I don't want those things to come to an end; I can't control everything and I can control how I react to those endings; and endings make way for new beginnings and things that may be better than I could ever imagined. So, I have no idea what glorious hops are coming. Thanks for being very kind to me and encouraging me to join the hop and create what I could and most of all to enjoy what I did. I had fun and even though I have tried to encourage the participants, I learned how important the encouragement of the other participants and other readers (lurkers) are to those who share of their time, talent, and parts of their life. I've been encouraged to continue and finish the quilt I started. I plan to blog my progress and I continue on that journey. Thanks for being a great cheerleader. Now, thanks to the two hops I joined this year I have done things I would not have done otherwise. This is a very supportive community in and of itself.

Thanks, Pat, for a great hop. Those of you who organize are worth millions! Plenty of tears on this one but it's good to remember the good as well as the sad. Support the cause and the girls!

This was a beautiful hop and I tried to write comments for all of the beautiful projects that I saw. Women always come together in time of need and you and Madame Samm showed this once more. I was only sorry I wasn't feeling up to being part of it. Hugs Sadra
