A Year of Lovely Finishes 2014


This is Freddy, my sewing room bear.

My followers have probably seen him modeling baby bibs and snuggling up with pillows and baby quilts.
Freddy was sitting on top of my Christmas stocking more than a few years back.
When my quilty kitties are busy elsewhere, 
Freddy is always there to keep me company. 

Freddy is here today to remind me that it is that time of year for making some goals.

I am going to keep them small and see what the New Year brings.

One of the keepers from last year is ... 



For 2014, I am hoping to do better at setting a realistic goal and completing it each month.


For January my goal is to complete this project in time for my blog hopping visitors.

  This project was begun HERE.

I have been a little "up and down" and  "under the weather" for the past week,
so I running behind in completing this project.

Since my blog hop day is only 10 days away, I best get quilting!

Butterfly is playing with the kitty toy that Santa left for my quilty kitties this year.
My hubby is cleaning up after our family New Year Brunch. 
Our big kiddos have gone to their own homes ahead of the big snow storm that is blowing in tomorrow.

Freddy is waiting in my sewing room.

Time to sew!
