Stitch Sew & Show ~ Week 5

It is Week 5 already for my Stitch Sew & Show Linky Party!

Thanks to all who have been sewing and stitching and showing!

Good Morning, Snowshine!

We received another few inches of the frosty white stuff yesterday

so I must shovel before I sew today.

Must also bundle up as the polar vortex is visiting us again.

My sewing photos coming soon.

It was late in the day before I had a minute to sew,

so I made quick work of a batch of Half Square Triangles by using

Triangles on the Roll papers.

With some speedy chain stitching and cutting

I soon had a nice stack of triangles.

These are always perfect size.

I used to draw lines myself but when I did, my HSTs were never so neat

and with my deteriorating eyesight, the papers are so much easier

and well worth the cost.

What are you working on this week, My Quilty Friends?

This link party will be open from Wednesday to Tuesday every week

to allow everyone to participate at their own pace.

Stitch Sew and Show 2021 ~ Linky Party #1

Stitch ~ Sew & Show 2021

 @ Life in the Scrapatch

 has begun!

Thanks to My Girl for creating the perfect graphic

for my Linky Party!

The background color is Horizon ~ Kona Color of the Year

This is a very informal party ... no stress, no prizes, no finish needed.

This is just a place to share what you are working on with others

and enjoy their inspiration.

Think of it as sitting at home while stitching with a group of friends.

I have always enjoyed sharing with others and have received much kindness in return.

This is a way for me to say thank you and to encourage others.

Here is my current project:

This is a new start for an upcoming blog hop.

These fabrics are

A Blooming Bunch by Maureen McCormick for Moda Fabrics

with a Kona Solid in the center.

Here are some of the pieces to the puzzle.

Here is a sneak peek at the project.

Any guesses as to what this is and for what blog hop?

Upcoming Blog Hop Hints on my sidebar ... ;)
