A Happy Quilty Saturday

Today was a bright and happy and quilty day.

I am doing one of my favorite quilty things here ...
straight line quilting on my Janome on a small project.

I am loving these colorful fabrics.
This is Prairie by Corey Yoder for Moda Fabrics.
This is an older one of her lines and may be my favorite,
although Sundrops is right up there, too.

I will be showing you more of this project very soon.

My boys came to see me today and we went out to eat.
Always a treat to see my boys.

I hope you had  happy and quilty day, too!

Well, I didn't get to do any sewing, but I also had a happy, quilty day. I prepared quilts for my guild's upcoming show. That means I got to see the quilts up close and personal!
Gosh, I love those fabrics! I'm excited to see your finished quilt.

No sewing for me. Oh I love that fabric. I have been amassing Corey Yoder fabric recently.

I enjoy quilting with my auto feed foot on my Janome as well. Straight line quilting is my favorite, but I have done gently curves with the auto feed foot as well. Your quilt colors are happy colors!!!
