Not quilty, but I sewed for our indoor weekend project
while we survived the extreme heat wave.
Raining now and cool, so the heat is gone for a few days.
Our bath needed a new coat of paint on the ceiling and walls so hubby painted.
I picked the lilac paint to match a new shower curtain
and bought an extra one to cut down to make a valance.
I do not know what they do not sell valances to match shower curtains,
but I can never find them when I am looking.
Out last valance was 20 years old and neutral enough to last through
three different paint colors.
This one is anything but neutral,
but we can keep the blue green towels and rugs.
There is a few more details to be done, like putting the artwork back on the walls,
but these are all reused, too.
We like the change.
Here is Block 22 for the the
challenge.
Have a happy quilty evening!

I am really enjoying your kinship blocks. Such beautiful fabric you have.
You are doing such a good job keeping up with the kinship blocks! Love your new bathroom look! My bathroom needs a good do-over, but first I need to scrape and paint the ceiling. Ugh! I’ve been putting it off far too long! Maybe you have inspired me to use this rainy day to get the job started.
The bathroom looks so pretty. Cutting the shower curtain down was a great idea.
Your bath looks lovely, nice to see a change at times.
Hi Pat! Your bathroom looks nice and refreshed, and the new shower curtain and valance look pretty darn spiffy. Isn't it nice that you can still use the same rugs and towels?! ~smile~ Roseanne
