I have been pressing the fat quarter bundle I washed so I can make a cuddle quilt for a special lady in Oklahoma. I got lucky and won the fat quarter bundle from Hawthorne Supply Company!!

Oh that fabric is gorgeous. I'm going to grab that coin quilt pattern. I'm loving quick and easy quilts right now, lol.

Unfortunately, there is not a thing on my sewing table! Wait...that's a lie. There are packing things on my sewing table! We have basically come to an agreement in regards to our friends' farm! YAY!!! I have been trying to sell my property so we could buy the other property, but "things" keep stalling it. Or friends have agreed to doing a lease option, so we can move in and then when my property sells we give them the full amount. It's great because we are getting a beautiful property with income potential. On the other hand it has stalled any creative larks I could go on. I have to look at it this way...sewing room is on the same level that we live on, (no more achy muscles from climbing the spiral stairway several times a day, we will have an actual barn and workshop to do what we need to do even in the depths of winter, and less wind!!! We live in the lowlands now where the wind tends to whip across like butter on warm toast! AND, we will be settled in just in time for winter when I can sequester myself to the sewing room all day and night if I want to!!! I will be making up for lost time!
